It was cold and rainy and I was passing thru Rock Falls on my way to a basketball tournament. I had 5, 13 year old boys in the car when we got a flat. We were 1 1/2 hours from home and had never been in the area before. It was a Friday night at 5:55 PM when I called Moore tires. I was connected to Mike, who told me they closed at 6, but he would wait for me. I put the temporary tire on and limped to Moore tires, arriving at around 7:00 PM . Mike and 2 other guys were waiting for me. They had 2 new tires ready for me. New tires were installed and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Price was awesome as well. They could have taken advantage of me due to my situation but they didn't. We missed the basketball game we were going to watch, but we weren't stranded. I not sure what I would have done being so far from home. It was a Friday at closing time, not sure how many places would have helped like they did. Moore tires saved my night. I even tried to tip Mike and he refused.. I can't say thank you enough to these guys. I wish I lived closer so I could send business their way, but if you're not sure who to call, call Moore tires.

Not to good...9 bays only 3 bays with vehicles in them... Took way to Long for 4 New tires.

Gave me a free inspection which was nice. Very fast and great customer service!
