I cannot say enough about the great customer service provided at my home today. Michael, the kind voice at the end of the line, was extremely professional and patient. He then promptly arranged for a service technician and kept me apprised every step of the way until the technician arrived. The technician explained the problem, fixed the leak, and made sure that everything in the house was back to working order. I felt very relieved knowing that he had addressed the situation and that my home was safe. I then received an immediate follow up call from Michael to ensure that everything had been taken care of. Highly recommend Moore Propane. Thank you for taking care of us.
This company has no customer service very poor dont care about customers, in this day and age we need compation they dont,they are terrible not even one star none
They didn't come to fill our tank on our regular delivery schedule. Coldest night of the winter we run out of propane. So we call them, their charging us $350 fee for after hours delivery when it was their fault. As soon as spring arrives we're switching to another company. PRICE GOUGING Do Not Deal With Them
I want to emphasize the great service Moore’s provide. We got up Saturday morning and realized we only had 10% left in our tank. Panicked and worried, we called and hoped for the best. They showed up and hr later!
When I run out of propane at 4 am and it is -37 out side and 57 inside, within 3 or 4 hours they are there to fill our tank. the driver is very nice and does a good job of filling up our tanks. We have had this happen twice in 2022 already and only God knows how many times it is going to happen. Dispatch tells me to run out to the tanks and take a reading, not sure why I should do that. It would be much nicer if they filled my tanks every 20 days, but the dispatch lady tells me " No we do not do things that way ' I see their trucks in our area many times a week going here and there. I wonder why they just do not go down the street and fill everyone up. A complete mystery to me. I have been a Moore customer for at least 40 years.I BELIEVE WE HAVE A DISPATCH PROBLEM ! thanks, Larry Brooks 292 Big Moose Road in East Ferris.
Posting for a friend Impossible to deal with, arrogant and don’t come thru on their side of the deal in my case, heating my home 2 years to get things running right, paying for electric heat, missing work, argue with mr.personality like talking to a stubborn spoiled teenage girl now to get out..can’t just cancel..still have to pay renewal fee although I’m not renewing AND a re-storage fee of $200 in which the amount is NOT stated in the contract just that they can charge?!?!?! What a company ‍
We recently moved to the area and could not get a hold of the supplier of the existing tank, so we were recommended to Moore. Was worried about doing a switch of the tank so late in the year but really happy we switched! They did a thorough inspection of all gas appliances and connections, and found a major leak the previous supplier left behind along with a tank that wasn't even close to level. They re-ran the lines as needed, replaced the regulator, and took the old tank away all at no charge. Plus when you call you actually get a hold of someone immediately. Only catch was a little confusion on the first invoice didn't see the credit for the existing tank but a quick call clarified what the charge would actually be. Highly recommended!
I have been a happy customer since 2002. I was previously with the competition blue logo, has since merged with the yellow logo who treated me horribly and delivered propane at over 1.00 per liter at the time and would not consider a monthly plan even though I had been their customer since 1992 when I purchased the property. After raising the house and adding a heated basement in 2000, my propane consumption had dramatically changed; the competition didn't care and demanded immediate full payment following each delivery. I saw the red capped tank at a neighbor's on my way to work, stopped, took down the number and gave them a call this is when internet was dial-up and no one heard of Google. Moore was not only considerably cheaper, they delivered from North Bay! They made the switch over easy and had enough presence of mind to work around my renovation debt to arrive at a business plan that work out for us both. The cheaper price made it possible to catch my breath! Donna is lovely, Bruce is delightful! Few companies connect with their customers 1:1. That was 20 years ago and now, the monthly automated withdrawals make budgeting a breeze, I don't even think about it anymore. The drivers are always courteous and deliveries are on time. I have not regretted my decision and delighted to see their business bloom to include a Sudbury and a Muskoka location! Five stars, all around! I'd rather see red than feel blue!
We were with Moore for over 3 yrs. and found it increasingly harder to set a rate in August or even to get a call back. So when another propane supplier introduced themselves with a better rate and rental price and would take Moore's tank back to there yard with no extra charge to us ..we switched...now we have a bill from Moore's for $225.00 for a restocking charge. This is after the their tank was delivered to them..I ASK.. HOW FAIR IS THAT...we even gave Moore's a chance to match our new supplier's pricing.
This company is great when it comes to taking your money and delivering propane. But when it comes to working with u to resolve a mistake they made and failed to inform the costumer they made it. They just send them a bill when it is almost time to get more propane and expect them to pay the over fill that I had no clue of plus the fuel needed to keep the house heated in the future. don't expect any help. It seems they would rather see a family with 2 young kids go cold then work out payment over 2 weeks to pay everything off I always paid before getting my tank filled they never had to chase me for money and they will not let me pay the bill that they putt more fuel the I asked for off. And putt 300 dollars in so my family can stay warm and make it 2 weeks till I get paid again at what time I'll pay the 300 and get more propane.
