Moonshine Flats Bar & Bistro

This is definitely not my typical scene and it took a lot of convincing and liquor to get me here.. but happy I went. Such a fun and happy atmosphere! They do have people to help you learn the dances if you are worried and it's not all country music.

I had a great time here. Staff wasn’t as friendly as most places I visited but the deck staff was very friendly. Music from the band was okay, not great

Great fun place to visit to get the city version of a country bar.. Live band's make this place special. Clean place and nice friendly staff members. The $700 min bottle service for a small 4 person both is a bit ridiculous. But I guess it must be OK.. Because they were all full. The bucket drinks are a cute touch and reasonably priced.

We came on a Thursday night...... It was still popping! Make sure you check BOTH entrance doors. We actually thought they were closed, but luckily walked passed other entrance. DJ was dope, playing country and 90's hits! The employees were pretty and dancing too- they kept the energy up in the place. Super fun place. Definitely visit!

Really fun country bar in the Gaslamp District. Variety of music. Great dance floor and yard game area.

great place for country music, beers, and dancing. There is also another bar connected through a tunnel which was really cool as well. Make sure to go check this place out when visiting San Diego

Went here for a Bachelor party. Live music and line dancing were great. Good vibes. Wish there was more partner dancing, but you can't have it all.

First time in SD, and I would say, I loved this place. I wish I knew the name of the bartender, real gentlemen, was amazing and the music and vibes were perfect!

Great bar. Fun, casual country western theme. Big, 2 sides plus an upstairs and side room bar. Good for social bar games, live shows and line dancing. Security is professional and on point. No drunken harassment or fights. My girls love the place. We come into town 3 or 4 times a year and and have made a habit to stop in

Love Moonshine Flats! The dance instruction time is so helpful and is super-fun. The staff are friendly. The staff dancers on the block in front of the stage are great and make it easier to follow the dance if you're just learning it. The live music is always great. The atmosphere is so much fun. I dance my shoes off, laugh with my friends, and go home late everytime. One of my favorite places to go out!
