I am a macaron FANATIC and hold them to a very high standard. When I walked in this afternoon and not only saw such creative flavors and designs Dark and Stormy looks like a tidal wave, but some of the best macarons I've ever tasted! The filling was light and delicate and the meringue was the PERFECT consistency. I can't wait to go back next time we are driving through Auburn!
My grandmother is obsessed with macarons. Yesterday, on a Syracuse eats page I discovered people highly recommended Moonflower and we decided since we are local to Auburn to try them out. We usually end up traveling to Syracuse or Rochester for a good macaron, but these were by far the best we have ever tried. I loved the menu to remind you of the flavors when you get home and the cookies literally melt in your mouth they’re so delicious and fresh. I’m already planning my next visit. What a great experience.
These macarons are a work of art and delicious! There are always never flavors to try. It's easy to order ahead online then stop in for pick up. Such a cute little shop!
Moonflower Macarons has the BEST macarons that I have ever had. I love macarons, and I have had them in NYC, Boston and other large cities. The flavors were perfect, they are a perfect balance of crisp outer layer and flavorful filling in between the layers. I recently was diagnosed with a gluten allergy..... but these are gluten free. I will be sure to purchase them frequently.
Very good macarons. The Sea Salt & Caramel macarons are great. We ordered in February and that month they had flavors like Cookies & Cream and Vanilla & Chai which were absolutely amazing. For Valentine’s Day they had a special Guava macaron and you could really taste the guava. Some of the other fruit flavored macarons could have used a little more flavoring; it was hard to taste the raspberry, lemon, strawberry, etc. But they all still tasted very good.
cozy store. the macarons are awesome. they change the menu monthly so theres always something new and yummy to try. they list which ones are gluten free which is a huge plus for my family. side note, the earl grey tea one I had the other day was phenomenal
Ah.maz.ing!!! Every flavor we've tried has been wonderful. I think my favorite, which I tried today, is the Frosted Animal Cookie. I actually went back a second time because one wasn't enough! We also got a macaron cake and it was perfect! I highly recommend a stop at Moonflower Macarons!
The staff is always kind and courteous. The macarons are delish! The macaron flavors are every changing and often very unique. I find it worth it to drive from nearly an hour away regularly to get my fix. The shop is super cute! A great little spot in the local food scene!
I love the fact that there is a delicious macaron boutique in Auburn. I can rarely find a good macaron and these are soo good! I also love how they change up flavors using unique combinations along with classics. Great pricing and customer service as well, highly recommend!
Today I purchased a dozen and they are all gone. The sour peach has a nice combination of flavors. You are doing a super job with these treats. Thanks for making my taste buds happy.
