Well its a good dealership for the most parts. They will try to help you out with your problems or so it seems. But there is very little they can do as they hide behind the manufacturer. Bought 3 cars there in 8 years 2 of them were lemons and i mean Lemons. they made me pay 1/3 of the price for a rebuild tranny which was clearly a manufacturer defects on a 3 year old car. I had to threat them to sue to get it. They offered to install a used one at first for 2 grand. When i told them i wanted my parts to have them counter expertised which they knew would hurt them they offered a rebuild collaboration so they could keep the parts and avoid further legal actions. Neither Ford or them taught it would be a good idea to assume their responsabilities and pay for it as they should and further more keep me as a client. At the end i felt cheated by them and Ford.

Service department is not as great as it should be. Lack of respect for the customer (sometimes - openly expressed), lack of attention to the details. Some issues on the professional side as well. They seem to simply bounce the customers complaining about the problems they do not want to deal with - "this is normal vehicle behaviour". They have failed to gain my trust. I have tried another Ford service and now have something to compare with. Adding to my review: I have to re-iterate on the incompetence. I was changing my wheels today. The only lug nuts I could not easily remove were the lock nuts installed by this dealer!!! Dear Montmorency Ford, please tell your technicians that F-150 lug nuts requires 150 lb/ft of torque. As per specification. 240 lb/ft impact gun (!) could not remove them, had to resort to a long break bar for all 4 of them.

It's a dealership so its overpriced, go only for recalls or warrantied work. my brother went to redo his car key and it was going to cost him close to 1000$ got the key done at the locksmith next door for 60$ lol

I had the opportunity of talking with Sandra Fontaine. Great customer service trying her best to get the best deal out deal. Followed up religiously without being invasive.

The most amazing customer Service I have ever witnessed. Simply incredible at all levels. From sales to service. Hard to imagine better service being available elsewhere..simply the best there is.
