Fresh bagels are really good, lox spread is weak, chicken salad is pretty good, needs extra seasoning. Super nice people working here! Drive thru is fast but no hot food.
It's hilarious! I've lived here in Monticello for 3 years now and never tried this place until now! The lines were always so long and so I always pushed it off. I regret not trying it sooner! I see now why they have so much business! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. So delicious! Very tasty! The service is also top notch! The staff are friendly, efficient, and fast! The way they run things is very organized and orderly. I only deducted a point for not being able to order hot food at the drive thru. I guess I understand it, it definitely helps the line to move quicker but it would be nice! I will definitely be coming back!

This place is the reason I love lox on my bagels! My first lox bagel was from here. I usually order lox, onions, capers, tomatoes, and cream cheese on an everything bagel. Their bagels are so light and flaky compared to other bagels that are denser. The lines can be long so be prepared to wait on some days.
Great bagels and friendly staff! Only giving 4 stars because the meat on my monster breakfast sandwich was incorrect, but the sandwich was so good and we were on the road passing through that I didn’t mind! Feedback for the staff: keep doing what you’re doing but read back the details of customer’s orders.
Besides charging us for 2 extra bagels, and a container of lox which wasn’t even in the bag. The bagels we did order were amazing! Delicioussssas! We got the monster, and lox and cream cheese. Best bagels I’ve had in my life. Even ordered another Monster. Better bagels than the city. Coffee was pretty freakin great too. What a gem.
I tend to be a strict critic when it comes to food, not known for overpraising. But this place I can't rate high enough. The fresh bagel and cream cheese I had yesterday was phenomenal, and the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich I just ordered is one of the best deli sandwiches I have ever had, and easily the best I've had in a very long time. This place is simply a MUST-GO if you are anywhere in the Monticello area.
This is the best bagel shop for literally over 100 miles. I lived in the city for 40 years and I have eaten a few bagles. You must check this place out.
Been getting fresh bagels here for many years. Taste awesome, especially with bacon, egg n cheese. Staff is aways superb as well !! My family came up to visit from Alabama and took a dozen back with them. Good thing TSA didn’t try to take them away., They would have made front page news next day.
Was looking forward to trying their bagels while I was in town. Finally got our food, my bf got a monster sandwich, the meat was undercooked otherwise good. My first bagel was okay. I wanted an everything bagel so I went back, used the drive thru. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter and cc . The bagel was very dry no butter, the cream cheese was hard and globbed on, it was sloppy and had cream cheese on the package that got all over my pants. Very disappointed with my experience. Overall, the effort put into our food was poor the bagel it's self was delicious but lacked butter and cream cheese that was soft the meat and hash brown were under cooked and the bagel was dry and poorly made.
