We have never been to Montanas before. Our server was Hailey and she was perfect. We ordered our drinks and when they were served we ordered our meal. The starter was Fried Pita with spinach and cheese dip. There was so much we took the leftovers home. We were able to enjoy a little conversation before the main meal came. I ordered the Back Rib taster which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Chicken Fajitas which you put together yourself and the chicken came in a sizzling pan. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again. Also kudos to the Chef and the kitchen staff.
We had a very pleasant experience here the other night, definitely one of the better locations. I appreciate that we were given time to eat our appetizers before the entrees came, as some places bring them out shortly after the appetizer. The food was pretty good and the service was mostly acceptable. I had ordered a bottle of barbeque sauce, but it never came, and I just never bothered.
The starter nachos was spectacular but the ribs fell short of expectations. It was very much bland with apple butter sauce just plastered on it. The cornbread was extremely dry and almost a chalky texture. In all the service was good and courteous but the food could use a ton of improvement
the. service was on point the waitresses. were very professional about there jobs keept very clean from what I could see my wife's food. was very good she said ... but I asked for a rare stake and it shows up very well done no red at all and I paid 27.. for the meat come on guys... but other then that I would definitely eat here aging
I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant where Mason works, and I have to say that he truly made my experience memorable. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout my meal, Mason was attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my dining experience. He provided excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu items. Not only was Mason a fantastic server, but he also took the time to engage with me and make me feel like a valued customer. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills truly set him apart from other servers I have encountered. Overall, I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant and requesting Mason as your server. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience.
Got take out when these guys first opened and they forgot all of our sides, so we got nothing but meat. Not the worst thing in the world, but it put us off since then. Recently we discovered an old gift card that we wanted to put to use so we went to the restaurant to sit and eat. I was much more impressed this time around! Our server was amazing! Very attentive and very good at checking up on us! The crispy shrimp appy satisfied a craving for crunchy shrimp that I haven't been able to have satisfied anywhere else recently! So freaking good! We had ribs and wings and it was all very good though my husband said his beef rib was very fatty. It's a lot of money to spend on a piece that is half fat. Still, the taste was fantastic! Unfortunately some of the wings looked a little undercooked and they weren't a pleasant texture at all. Way too soft. Our waitress is the main reason we will be back, the food comes second. I look forward to the day I can add that last star!
I had a good experience here but it took awhile to get orders and then after that food did take a seemingly long time to come out. Like 45 minutes after we arrived and it wasn’t a busy supper. But the restaurant was well laid out and had a good atmosphere. So 4/5. Would return though.
Went to the Airdrie Montana's for the first time and it was wonderful! The food and service was top notch. All the staff was so warm and friendly and the food was seriously delicious. Even though the restaurant was packed full everything was delivered in a timely manner by friendly staff and it tasted better than any Montana's tried all the ones in Calgary and nothing special horrible service I have ever had. So nice to have a place close to home to enjoy! All 4 Adults and 2 kids were happy.
Service and food were decent, restaurant was fairly empty food came quickly. Owner replied to my first rating in which I had given ratings in every category and the owner said I ONLY gave a star rating. Be happy with what ratings you get, I won't be back because of this silliness.
Went in for lunch, and they were busy, so my question is why was there only one server working? Why would an establishment make only one person care for 8+ tables? Shame on the managers for not taking care of their staff!!! I understand people call in, or they can come due to weather but seriously? Make a wait list until someone else can come in and help!! I felt so bad for my server, but I was also upset because it took a really long time to get served and for our order to be taken. If I would’ve known they were understaffed and it would’ve been a long time I would’ve gone somewhere else.
