The food was alright. There was some mishaps with the Pitmaster BBQ plate, when we received it, it was cold. So they remade it, and something happened again. So they remade it again. Eventually we got it to go.nJennifer the team manager was amazing. She ended up taking off the Pitmaster BBQ plate, AND the two appetizers we ordered, which was super nice. We were thankful for the one waitress we had and the team manager.
Always an amazing place to eat. Other chain's prices have gone up, and their quality has gone down. Montana's prices are great and the food quality has remained top notch! Staff at this location are attentive and personable. Very accommodating for bringing my toddler with me. Ribs are amazing and the Apple Butter Sauce is absolutely mouth watering. Food is always hot and fresh! When we are looking for a meal, we often head to the Dartmouth Crossing area, and after looking around, we usually end up here.
Well, I am extremely pleased to say that I had one of the best meals I have had in ages. The restaurant was packed but we were seated quickly. We had the most amazing waiter who was very conscientious and friendly. His name was Brad and he is truly a star. Our food came to the table piping hot, abundant and so delicious. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I can't wait to go back. Great way to break up a cold January.
Went on DoorDash and it looked decent. The online menu for the half rack of ribs said it came with french fries, cornbread, and choice of baked beans or coleslaw. So I ordered it with a side of burnt ends and a ceaser salad. What I got was a small envelope with a half rack of ribs, the salad, and a tiny cup with a few burnt ends. No fries, no cornbread, no beans or slaw. Also no silverware, napkins, or a plate. $38 before all the fees and tip. Beyond Disappointing. I feel like I am owed a refund.
Great atmosphere and an awesome staff. Shout-out to one of the waitresses, Victoria P! She’s super friendly, hardworking, and genuinely great with people. It’s clear she really cares about making sure customers have a great experience! The food was great and it’s such a fun sport to hangout with family/friends!
