Another fantastic visit to Montana’s BBQ & Bar today!nnI’m there pretty regularly and honestly, the Lunch Trio keeps pulling me back in — it’s easily one of the best lunch options in the city. Fast, fresh, filling, and always hits the spot.nnBut today deserves an extra shoutout because Janelle absolutely made our lunch experience. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from start to finish. Our service was incredibly fast, drinks never sat empty, and she checked on us often without ever making it feel rushed or forced. You can tell she truly cares about her customers.nnGood food brings people in once… great service keeps them coming back. Janelle is exactly the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had. Great experience. Elizabeth was a wonderful server. She made our lunch special by being so attentive. Casey and Spencer were not there but she said that they would be in later. The boys are my nephews and I told Elizabeth they I didn’t want to hurt their chances of getting a good review also. Have a lovely lunch at Montanas with family.
we had elizabeth as our server and i couldn’t of asked for better service. She was kind, asking about our day and made an effort to make us feel welcomed. I hope every shift for her is great!!nnElizabeth was an amazing server and if i was to go back I’d hope for her!
The experience I had at this restaurant tonight was very disappointing we had a reservation for 5:30 and were seated at that time, we ordered drinks and meals, The restaurant was not full and no wait for tables for anyone. We received our drinks in a timely manner, our drinks were gone before our meals came out, we waited over an hour for our meals, when we received our meals, food was cold, nobody ate all their meals we were a table of 10. One guest order an alcoholic beverage that she had asked for a double but there was very little alcoholic.when she approached waitress who was named Sam,the waitress said it was definitely a double White Russian, It was 100% not, it tasted like a very little vodka and milk and no kahlua, the beverage was pure white like milk. Waitress just walked away, wings, nachos were very cold and cheese had already hardened on the nachos. We went for a family birthday celebration and food I would rate a 4 out of 10 most of it is in my fridge, it might be tolerable if I microwave it later.I doubt it. Best case scenario is thrown in the garbage I believe . What a waste of money.The service I would rate as a 2, as we waited a very long time for cold food. After speaking to her about the White Russian she just said that it was a double and walked away, which by the way was left on the table not consumed. This overall experience was very disheartening and I and my family will no avail of your restaurant after this trip.
We had an excellent experience at Montana’s, and Brianna made it even better. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She was always one step ahead, keeping our drinks filled, checking in at just the right times, and making sure everything was perfect without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude, genuine smile, and outstanding customer service really stood out. Brianna is a fantastic waitress who clearly takes pride in what she does. She made our dining experience memorable, and we’ll definitely be asking for her the next time we visit. Thank you, Brianna!
