While our first trip wasn’t the best, our most recent visit was a complete 180. Our server Emily was very friendly and attentive. All of our food was hot and very good. The burnt ends were are favorite and we’ve had them several times now. The lobster Mac and cheese was good but very small pieces of lobster. The Mac and cheese with burnt ends however was very delicious. The apple butter sauce is also a must try. And my favorite part about this restaurant is the fountain dr. Pepper, a hard to comeback fountain drink.
We ordered food via Skip the Dishes but can’t rate the restaurant on that app. The two adult meals we had were not bad. The meal from the kids menu was less than adequate. The hamburger was so charred, it was inedible. The cookie that came with the meal had a sticker that read “Monday” which one would imagine means it was baked on Monday. It was Saturday evening!! :
First off the staff are amazing. The ladies behind the bar while we waited for our table were so sweet, and very hard working. I don't know their names but hats off to great service. Our server Emily was fantastic!!! Very friendly and so easy to chat with, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Now the food!! Nachos are top notch, nothing fancy just damn good! The steaks were fantastic, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The smaller atmosphere is so nice, felt very cozy. I never write reviews like this but this crew needs a shout out. I know others may feel different but that's ok, this is just my 2 cents and recommend if you haven't yet to give it a go!
Gotta say I am thoroughly impressed by the experience I had here yesterday. The staff? Stellar. The food? Phenomenal. Atmosphere? Come on… of course it was great. I had the Canadian burger as a main and shared some kapow shrimp as an appetizer, both blew me away, and I’m sure dessert would’ve as well if I had enough room for it.
We chose Montana’s to celebrate our friend’s birthday this Sunday night and it was the perfect choice. The food and service were both excellent. The birthday song was special for a new coming. I believe our friend has a wonderful night and we will choose this place again next time.
