Was desperate for internet for a timely assignment. Showed my library card and ID. Was told to fill out a paper. Filled out paper, then told I didn't need to fill out paper. Given internet password and told I needed to try numerous times to get it to work; tried probably 20 times, no connection. So frustrating. The librarian at desk offered no help or no problem solving for me. Just kept saying, try again. Finally left, frustrated. A government building and a citizen can't get on the internet. Shameful!
