I needed to consolidate my debts and I wanted to lower my interest rate for my mortgage. I called and set up a consultation with Robert Furgiuele. Robert was extremely personable, and knowledgeable of the entire process and gave me detailed information and geared it towards my specific needs. In the end I was able to consolidate all of my debts and switch to a new mortgage lender. Robert even went that extra mile to negotiate a lower mortgage interest rate with the new lender even though he didn’t need to. I am extremely happy with the service I received, as well as the outcome of working with this broker at monster mortgage. After hearing how easy the Ads made getting a mortgage sound, I decided to try Monster. I had a condition on a property the day I approached monster. Surendra from the Toronto office pretty much guaranteed he could get it done in 48 hours. After having to extend my condition and only having a verbal approval from Surendra he only called me, nothing on paper, at the very last minute he told me I was declined. My 25K deposit hung in the balance while he gave me attitude for bothering him. Would never use them again.
