I needed to consolidate my debts and I wanted to lower my interest rate for my mortgage. I called and set up a consultation with Robert Furgiuele. Robert was extremely personable, and knowledgeable of the entire process and gave me detailed information and geared it towards my specific needs. In the end I was able to consolidate all of my debts and switch to a new mortgage lender. Robert even went that extra mile to negotiate a lower mortgage interest rate with the new lender even though he didn’t need to. I am extremely happy with the service I received, as well as the outcome of working with this broker at monster mortgage. I would recommend him to anyone who is in my similar situation or needs mortgage advice. Billy A
After hearing how easy the Ads made getting a mortgage sound, I decided to try Monster. I had a condition on a property the day I approached monster. Surendra from the Toronto office pretty much guaranteed he could get it done in 48 hours. After having to extend my condition and only having a verbal approval from Surendra he only called me, nothing on paper, at the very last minute he told me I was declined. My 25K deposit hung in the balance while he gave me attitude for bothering him. Would never use them again.
Wynand Egberts is a fantastic mortgage broker! He was very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. He assisted my partner and I as first time home buyers and helped us secure an amazing rate! Having him on our team during the entire process made a huge difference. There was never a question too big or too small. He took the time to listen, explain and answer all our questions. In addition he was always on top of things and very timely. I highly recommend Wynand and Monster Mortgage!

The level of care and amount of work Karen and Nick have done to guide us through the world of mortgages with open eyes is beyond phenomenal. We were able to shop through lenders, ask questions and secure the agreement we felt most comfortable with. There was never any pressure or rush during any part of the process, everything was explained in a very simple clear detailed manner.
