I have always frequented this place because the products are great. In the past I would have agreed that the customer service was sub par (at both locations!) but after my most recent visit, I don't agree. We were greeted with a warm hello when we arrived. I asked for help buying bleaching products because I used to always buy the box kit from pharmaprix. She gave me great advice, quality products that cost the same as what I was paying at pharmaprix. She wrote down instructions on the best way to use the products. Because of the quality products and service, my hair looks spectacular. I've never had results like this before. I highly recommend this place.

I agree with a previous reviewer that it lacks in customer service. I too have been victim to asking for their help on selecting the appropriate purple shampoo and it seemed like I was bothering them. However it does carry a lot of wella toners that I cannot find elsewhere except online. If you know what you need then the prices are decent and they have a fairly good selection but if you are looking for friendly advise i would suggest perhaps going elsewhere. My rating reflects the service which is key when you are running a business.

Everytime I go there, they make me feel unwelcome...I never get good service. I always feel like I'm wasting their time by asking them questions. The last time I told myself "never again" and when someone ask me where I could get shampoo I always tell them avoid "Emile"! Don't give them your money!
