We stumbled upon Monks on Marine while exploring Powell River, and we glad we did! My partner and I stopped by for lunch and were blown away by the flavor and quality of their burgers.nnThe Big Boy Burger was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Burger was equally impressivennThe service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home.nnIf you're a burger lover, or just looking for a great meal in Powell River, Monks on Marine is an absolute must-visit. We can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu items!
We are sooo happy to have come across this gem! Some of the best restaurant food we've had in a long time! The food is so delicious and fresh! They are super generous and the quality is amazing! Big Boy Burger 15/10; steak salad 15/10. The service was so great and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey. Definitely our new go to spot when we are in Powell River! Thanks so much!
This was a fun, trendy place to eat. The menu did not have great options for vegetarians and I don’t think there was anything vegan friendly. I got the seafood salad as recommended by my waitress. It was good but I would likely not get it again. The view was amazing and the fries were very good.
I've eaten here a few times now. It's been great everytime. The burger is soooo good, but be warned it's HUGE lol.nWill be back again!
Our family of 6 adults came here for dinner for the first time. My beef pot pie was the best I've ever had. The beef stew filling was so tasty. My family had the seafood chowder, pulled pork sandwich & the chicken sandwich. Everyone loved their food. It was top quality. The service was very good. Highly recommend this place.
