5 stars to our Server - Leah & the Drinks. 4 stars for the ambience & decor and for the quality of the ingredients & to the way the Chefs stir fry the ingredients. The reason why the less rating is because they ran out of shrimp and there was no follow up by the manager. If it’s all you can eat, then they must live to that promise. This is my 2nd time here and I actually like Mongolian Grills and have had at many places in the US as well. Let’s hope they improve our experience if we decide to visit this place again.
Big restaurant with seating outside and in. All you can eat stir fry concept, you can chose the meats you want which included shrimp, chicken, beef, scallops etc. The type of noodles, vegetables and spices put everything in a bowl and just have the chef's deal with it on the grill. Nice way experiment with different flavours. Basic salad bar. We enjoyed it. Parking: No issues the parking lot is huge.
Nice ambiance, comfortable seating & welcoming greeting along with friendly staff. Nice selection of meat. We noticed several small flies around the sauces which are open and uncovered, the guys working the grill are great, however after sweeping/mopping hands not washed. Presentation of food not the greatest or consistent. We waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress and gave up to approach bar and ask another waitress for more bowls.
Great service, great food, super flavourful because you choose your sauces! The fish, squid and shrimps were our favourite. Cracked egg is a nice touch! Chicken was good too. Beef by nature of cooking might be overcooked for texture. Ice cream for birthdays too!
The three star is only because of our server. We went on a Wednesday, the owner/manager outright lied about the 25% discount offer mentioned on the website. Its mentioned on the website that 25% discount if four or more people. But later the manager/owner came and said its 25% discount if 4 adult person. Then why they have the offer on the website? They even have a family pic with kids. Didn't feel like arguing for a 25% discount.
Mannnn it's so good that some of these places have survived the pandemic. The experience is worth the visit alone but the combinations you can create solidify the justification. Lovely wait staff who are always on the ball, and make sure you're not looking for them for any reason.
I like the concept of this place and how you create your own stir fry bowls. I do wish the bowls provided were bigger since it’s hard to fit a good amount of veggies on there. But I enjoyed coming here nonetheless, and the ambiance was nice. I also liked the vast variety of sauces and toppings/spices.
Good experience, the taste was great of bbq. For $27 you get unlimited cooking bowls, unlimited rice and tortillas and salad and soup bar. The tortillas were cold and salad bar not impressive, however, bbq itself was delicious. I could only handle to cook 2 bowls. Yum! Also on Monday kids eat for free.
This place is amazing !!!! The food is so good this is our 2nd time to go here for dinner , and all the staff is amazing keep up the good work Basically this is our new favorite restaurant . Highly recommended
Great place to enjoy a custom dinner, the atmosphere is nice, especially if you have a great waitress. The food section feels like highschool where you choose yourselves one by one . For $22 each, I'll definitely go here again.Food: 4/5
