Trying to find out about doing tax returns through them (gentleman with greyish hair), some questions answered with "are you kidding me?". Very rude and blunt in general. There are other places in town to do this stuff, stay away from this place.

They get the job done, but not without a full sass-session from the older light-haired lady. I have literally never had anyone be so rude to me for seemingly no reason; it took everything within me to now blow up on her. She was actively saying rude things aside from the business I was there for, despite me being completely and absolutely polite with her. I would travel all the way to Quebec if it were necessary to get a Western Union if it meant not having to do business with this lady. This is a very beautiful and leisurely area (Banff Springs) where the majority of people are for leisure and vacation. It is a real thorn in the side to have to deal with someone so negative while on your time off the grind. Will not return.

Whoever works your evening shift (bigger chick with blond hair) - so bloody sassy and rude. Tell her to get the pole out of her ass. Love the lady who had a ton of pay stubs from the same place of work but apparently none of them were good enough. I got a bank statment for today for a reason lol...

This place is run by a really nasty woman. She treats her customers like they are wearing orange jump suits at Guantanamo bay. I waited for well over half an hour for 2 customers to be served and then she started filing papers and cleaning, ignoring me. The staff is constantly changing so you will either get the nasty lady or a trainee being treated like they are right off a slave ship.

They refused to take a $20 because "it is too thin" (which it wasn't; not anymore than any bill) which they blamed on being too worn. The bill had no tears, no bending at the corners, and would be accepted by any vending machine with ease. Worn? Perhaps, but less so than the average bill. I dare say it was in excellent shape! An imaginary problem. So unless your bills are as crisp as new, avoid this place like the plague.
