Very extremely rude manager in the parksville location.Really bad attitude and lied on the phone to me about paying my boyfriend's loan saying that I could then when I walked into the store she then said I wasn't able to.So we walked there for nothing unable to pay his loan off.Maybe she needs a lot more training in customer service and to work on her people skills and not be so rude and lie.

The most rude female berated an obviously mentally handicapped person for wanting info or help on the prepaid m/c he purchased from them and had lost. After sending him on his way, she then made fun of him after he left. Wtf is wrong with people. Hope they go bust with service like that.
