I've had half dozen or so dealings with Moncton RV since purchasing the trailer from them and every dealing was unsatisfactory in how it happened, to how it was carrier out, to how it ended. Point in case, when you are given the wrong key to your trailer twice and the salesman asks you if you know how to use a key... I should of known what kind of business I was dealing with. -They don't follow requests. -They speak demeaning to women -They lie -They try and play the blame game instead of owning up to there errors -They sell you the moon, only to find out it's not even close. -And lastly good luck getting a call returned. Once they got there money it's pretty much a case of curb and got her. I don't ever write reviews, but I'm tired of it. I fully understand why they only have a 2.4 review rating and I'm surprised it's that high. I think I'm being generous with 1 star. I will never refer them to anyone in the market to buy or service a trailer. It really isn't worth the headache!!

Waited a few months before rating just to see what problem I would run into ..Younger salesman needs work in manners and sales .Almost like he did not want to make a sale or be there .Asked him a few questions about the trailer and got a smart remark..Mind you the service guy was not bad but also was not very knowledgeable..I spent a good chunk of money there and it seems as soon as the sale was final it was see yah later don't call us back attitude .

I went in a year and a half ago with my baby in tow to look at options. Salesperson was young and disinterested. I asked for a price on a trailer to compare it to another one I had looked at, and after the salesman spoke with his manager, I was told to come back with my husband to get a price. I'm sorry, WHAT!? For the record, we went on to buy a 35bhq fifth wheel at a different dealer. They won't ever get our business for anything.

Friendly salespeople....easy 2 manouver around in sales yard after goin thru a fire recently+ would buy an rv here if they have what i want
