Thank you for EXCELLENT service provided by your Company driver Mr. Tarik Bouhaddou from Casablanca. Who went beyond just being a safe and careful driver. Always punctual, attentive, informative and kind. He made our trip from Rabat on April 15 to Marrakech April 27 an unforgettable experience. He represents your Company and Morocco well. I went to Marrocos to enjoy the culture, not only the King Castels . They didn´t inform my hysband and I that we would have to walk , actually " run " 7 km in the Fez' Medina. That´s was awful to my knees, also because the bus , a good one, but to difficult to get in and out. No extra help do get in and out with, no extra step as modern buses have. The hotels were very nice, but we arrived very late at night most of the days, and left the hotels early in the morning. It was stressing. I went to enjoy the Medinas, not to run inside the Medinas to visit the places where the guide had relations before the guide suggested the in the other places the objets where not good , only where he took us the objets where good . Running in the Fez medina and stopping where the guide suggested resulted in worsening of my knee and I didn´t have time to enjoy and take pictures in Fez. So we left the group in the Marrakesh and went by ourselves in the morning. The desert was very nice , fantastic experience, but too much autobus. I don´t know exactly why we had to stop in Zagora and not drive directly to ERfoud. WE left Casablanca April 19 and returned April 30. Please advice the future clients about this 7 km walking , or almost running in Fez' Medina and about the long autobus travelings. We weren´t informed. We bought CVC -Special Tours, but was Monarch that sold this tour to them.
