My mom is 73 yrs old and not able to walk properly. She's been living in this place for around 2 yrs. In my opinion, this place is a blessing from god. For many reasons: 1 everyone who works here are super nice 2 this place is like a hotel with lots of facilities and group events for seniors 3 handrails in the washroom and hallway - perfect for seniors 4 in the middle of the asian communities, surrounded by lots of restaurants Only down side is the restaurant at the lobby is not the greatest
This is an apartment complex built for seniors with optional assisted living services. It's a comfortable place to live and has many activities for the residents to enjoy such as dance classes, English classes, a gym, a spa, and a gardening club. This facility doesn't just feel like a residential area, it feels like a community center. It's conveniently located near Pacific Mall and supermarkets.
The concierge guys are all amazing and the main staff who take care of all concerns of the residents are amazing. The buildings are very well maintained, great area on the top floor for exercise, mahjong, karaoke, and outdoor gardening area during spring/summer time. They also have coffee time for the residents to get together and meet new people on certain days. I'm very happy my parents picked a great place to live and I think they are equally happy. Great job Mon Sheong!
It is a perfect place for the elderly. The main floor provides spacious activity rooms for the residents. I like the 9th floor garden and a badminton court. There is also a restaurant that provides delicious food for the residents if they do not want to cook at home.
Retired long-term residence for mainly Chinese residents. Doctor, pharmacy, and restaurant on site. Underground parking with many amenities for residents and visiting family members. Clean and extremely well thought through design with many programs geared toward resident's interests and culture.
Set my parents up at Mon Sheong Court. The building is well maintained and management ensures to have activities all year round. Super convenient location. Very close to Pacific Mall which is perfect for daily strolls, people watching, snack/meal, and exercise. Directly across from No Frills for groceries, Tim Hortons for a coffee, and RBC. Not to mention the variety of Chinese restaurants within walking distance. Taking off a star for the 3 hour free guest parking limitation. This should be extended to 6 or 8 hours for those who plan to spend the day with their loved ones.
This place don't have any restaurant. They had a couple of great restaurants running business there, but for some reason they always closed in a few months never more than one year. The senior need a restaurant there.
Very nicely appointed condos, excellent restaurant on the ground floor for the residents. Also has gym, doctor office, etc. Everything is there, and close to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend
An incredible place for seniors with a very caring staff/security. Top quality care, amenities and maintenance.
Senior independent living suits active seniors with freedom to choose their lifestyle and independence.
