I've owned the same mountain bike for 10 years, and after a positive encounter last year I chose to give them a shot this year for the annual tune-up/repair job. In a word they are incompetent. I paid for the top package, they were late. I told them about a gear problem, they swore it was the chain, 5 minutes after picking up and inspecting the bike the same problem was present.
