Molly's Reach
"Molly’s Reach was used as the set for the CBC show “The Beachcombers” which was the longest running Canadian drama. It ran for 19 years from November 1972 through to 1991. In 1995 Molly’s opened as a functioning restaurant and it is important to us that we always let this place shine as the original home of “The Beachcombers”.These days Molly’s Reach is not only famous for being a part of an iconic TV series but also for it’s fish and chips, great burgers and homemade desserts! Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia Molly’s Reach is a must see stop for any visitor or local alike."

Fish and cod, buttermilk fried chicken, and the poutine were very yummy. Someone at our table ordered the salmon burger special and wasn't impressed. The avocado wasn't ripe and really detracted from the burger overall. The seafood chowder wasn't anything special. Overall experience was pleasant.
Came for Sunday breakfast and left satisfied. Vegan tofu scramble was a nice surprise, with the extras such as spinach and caramelised red onion and not one, but two slices of roast! Fast and friendly service, very good value.
This was our first stop during our trip to the sunshine coast. It was early when we docked and we were famished. We decided to go to the famed Molly's Reach and didn't have to wait too long. We ordered the Molly's breakfast poached eggs + toast + side of hollandaise; the chorizo wrap; smoked fish Benny +sausage and coffee all around. The good bits - Amazing coffee : the coffee really woke us up with a strong zing! Loved it. Chugged two cups, no problem. Chorizo wrap: wow! Amazing flavors. A really yummy choice. The not-so-good bits - The poached eggs: we requested soft eggs but got rock hard eggs. The server was nice about it and offered to replace them. The new ones were better still not runny, but not rock hard. So it was ok. The hollandaise sauce: The sauce maybe an off day was not good at all. It lacked seasoning and was very flat! The muffin for the smoked fish Benedict : was just white bread. This is a popular restaurant thanks to the beachcombers. The service was really nice but the food could be better.
Dropped by for a quick breakfast on the way to Savary Islands. Turns out this place was originally showcased in a popular Canadian series called Beachcombers and is a local favorite. The ambience is diner-like with beautiful marina views. Ordered the smoked fish Benny, Chorizo wrap, and the Molly’s breakfast. Coffee and the wrap were fantastic and a must have. The overcooked eggs, white bread instead of English Muffin, and the insipid hollandaise sauce showed a clear lack of knowledge of making Benedicts and should be avoided at all costs. The waiting staff is amiable and very accommodating with special requests and have an energy reminiscent of a small but lively village.
Charli at Molly's is an outstanding server. The food is good, definitely great for breakfast. Charli's service was absolutely outstanding. She's friendly, kind, and went above and beyond. Absolutely will be returning.
What a disappointment, The menu is small, the options are smaller and the unreasonable pricing system is ridiculous. Service is good but that is it. Would not waste my time, money or appetite there.
If you remember The Beachcombers, you gotta stop in for a bite. The place is kinda run down, but the food was good. Try the fish and chips. It was one of the better ones I've had.
Was nice to be able to come and visit and see Molly’s Reach brings back memories of the show. I had the eggs benny and my husband had Molly’s Classic both was great and the Service was amazing and beautiful view of the harbour
We really went for the nostalgia. Food was great but a bit pricey. Understandable given the current circumstances. Staff were friendly.
My girlfriend and I came here and we both had The Stacked Breakfast, which was delicious. Loved the ambiance, especially at our table with the view of the marina.
