Great smoke house. The smoked brisket was tender and so was the chicken. The service was good and friendly. The only criticism I have is the selection of beer is common - need to step it up and offer more craft beers.

Hands down best burgers in town! Smoked patty, stacked high, the best fries period and chipotle mayo, probably would be my last mean request. The glazed pork belly, rib eye steaks it’s all very good. You can tell that chefs care about what they serve! Bartender makes great drinks. Overall one of the best spots in town. My only suggestion is although the service is good and consistent some of the servers could put on more of a smile to let the customers feel more welcomed.

Food was good, service was quick. Only complaint was food was a little warm rather than hot. But other than that it was great. You get your bang for your buck, definitely would eat there again.

Food was great. However, service was awful - took 40 minutes to get our order in, another hour and a half before our food came. They didn't come out to tell us they were out of a soup until an hour after we ordered. When the food did finally come, it was barely warm. As an idea of how long it took, another table came in after us and they were taking their doggie bags and leaving before we ever got our food. Glasses were left empty unless we actually flagged someone down. Really not impressed with this as with most of the tables empty there was really no excuse for the shoddy service.

This should definitely be a 4+ restaurant. Too many people complaining about the smallest things and firing out 1-stars. This was my first visit to red deer and it was by my hotel. They make AMAZING food and very reasonably priced too! : ) She forgot to pack my soup and came all the way up to my hotel to deliver it for me. Unreal service and unreal soup. If you order from anywhere make sure it's this Smokehouse. Very legit beans too! -Steve
