I frequently visit Moge Tee. I enjoy the natural tea flavours in their drinks, especially their fruit teas. Their drinks are filled with a variety of ingredients and toppings. Very unique drinks when compared to other bubble tea shops, and definitely worth trying. Their cakes and rolls are also delicious and worth trying but a bit pricey for what it is. I particularly recommend their chestnut roll and fruit teas. Nit: the grass jelly milk tea contains various toppings such a tapioca and jelly; this is a bit misleading when compared to the menu photo and name. Note that there are no tables at this location, only a bench area.
The cake cans are fun, but make no sense. It doesn’t come from a vending machine, so why is it in a can? My can actually farted a bit when I opened it and I got a bit a very small bit of cream splattered on me. The cake in the cans taste decent, but it is mainly cream. The cake inside is also dry. Based on looking at the can, you assume you get large, half-cut strawberries. But you don’t. You get very thinly sliced ones that circle the outside—leading to the filling being mostly cream. I did not get a drink there. But they seemed popular. So my rating is solely for the strawberry cake can.
We stopped at their location for the MOFU bakery they share the space and my kids wanted bubble tea too so I figure we'd try it. They got a fresh peach and fresh mango tea and they had a promo going on to get a discount on a watermelon tea so I got that one. All the teas were SO much better than the usual syrupy bubble teas. Not overly sweet and my watermelon one tasted so fresh. I would definitely recommend if you like interesting and fresh ingredients in your tea. The perfect treat!
Mohe Tee is very unique in my opinion. They have many unique combination of tea and fruit together. I tried their avocado tea and it was surprisingly good. The lady I talk to is very knowledgeable on what ingredients they are using and they are using quality ingredients that I can taste the difference. Parking can be a challenge here but is not bad during weekday. I will definitely come back and try their cake next time. Vegetarian options: Tea and fruit Parking: Parking can be a challenge here
Great spot in the plaza for unique & refreshing drinks! Tried the avocado slush & strawberry pomelo which were both not overly sweet they also offer cake & service is very friendly!
Just came in for a strawberry shortcake for a small birthday celebration and it is so good!! The cream is not that sweet and the strawberries are great quality. I would be able to finish this and more because of how light and delicious it is. Staff are also super friendly. Thank you to the staff!
Came here a couple times. Thought it was okay. I tried the mango pomelo. It was $8.99, a little pricey compared to other competitors and wasn’t as flavourful. Also, bought a fresh peach tea and it was advertised as $7.45 but they charged me $8.19. The worker told me he would tell the boss to change it and continued to charge me. That’s just bad business. If you have it advertised as that you have to honour that price.
Tofu cake tasted pretty good, wasn’t too sweet, but was quite pricey around $12 after tax. They also had roll cakes, mochi, bubble tea and other desserts.
Updated experience: The owner Sam got in touch with me. He refunded me and also gave me a replacement of the drink which was much much better than the first time. I really appreciated Sam’s efforts in correcting my first experience. I highly recommend this place because Sam truly went above and beyond. Thanks again for the amazing customer service. First time experience: I got the mango pomelo drink. It was $10 and it tasted like water. The drink also wasn’t blended properly and because it’s a slush, there were chunks of ice. I threw the entire cup out after 2-3 sips
They have the best Japanese dessert here and I’ve been a huge fan since they were at J Town! The milk teas are delicious - my favourite is the king of fruit tea with lots of passion fruits. Follow me for more food adventures on Instagram at @maggielicious.to
