Moegi Sushi

This is our favourite sushi spot in Toronto. We have been coming here for a year now. Always fresh and great flavours. They are consistent with the presentation and quality. The owners and staff are also lovely. Try them, you won't be disappointed :

Great place. They gave us spring rolls on the house. Had the chirashi and chicken karaage. The karaage was super crispy. The chirashi tasted very fresh. The waiter was very friendly and patient with our orders. Service was excellent. The ambience was perfect for our group gathering.

Pleasantly surprised by this Korean family owned sushi place. Reasonably priced and decent fresh sushi for the price you pay. Staff was friendly, genuine and hard working. I would come back and support a small business like Moegi.

Food was incredible, high quality fish, very fresh. Got the medium sushi combo. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This has quickly become a go to spot!

Not sure if our Uber order was a one off, but definitely not a place to spend 70$ Very unfortunate as this is a nearby business that we would have liked to support. The sushi platter had lemon/lime slices that made the sashimi, into ceviche. The sushi were irregularly cut. Sushi rice was clumpy and overcooked.

$35 per person $150 total bill medium sushi and roll tray, salmon torched roll, hamachi sashimi, white dragon roll what I liked - sushi was good for the amount of money we paid what I disliked - hamachi was still frozen when served - we arrived at 7:15 but did not get served until 7:45 - both washrooms were out of service - service took a long time - we requested for tea but got water instead

Amazing value and fresh sushi! I was shocked at the quality of taste and ingredients at Moegi Sushi. Although the sushi isn’t “cheap”, I would say their prices are very reasonable. To celebrate an occasion, two friends and I shared two party plates and it was a great meal.

I decided to try this place for once since it was new on Skip and I’m so glad I did. It was $18 for the sashimi combo and I was shocked in a good way at the huge size of the pieces! I also got a salmon poke bowl and it was a great size and tasted fresh and delicious. They also gave me some noodles for free, and I didn’t even realize until I got home! The couple running the restaurant when I went to pick up my order were so kind. I think I found my new favourite place :

I waited 70 min for my unagi. They also gave my friends the wrong order. Lastly, we found a piece of plastic in our sushi!!! Does not recommend this place!!!

Tried this place for the first time this week. The food was fresh and the portions were a good size! We had the small sushi combo, a green dragon roll and beef gyoza. Everything was delicious, and I love how they included some extra noodles and a small pancake.
