As a Yoga Instructor myself, I appreciate the creativity and detailed planning Stephanie puts into her classes. Her deep knowledge of the body provides a technical and educational layer to the practice that brings much more awareness to the postures as well as the building blocks to progress your asanas. It is my favorite class of the week
Modo Yoga is a beautiful studio. When I started practicing I had no idea this place would become my second home.nModo Yoga is a safe and welcoming place and they offer a variety of classes.nI love the expression, beauty and challenge of the asanas and I’m grateful for the exceptional instructors who guide me. They go above and beyond.nI love the strength and flexibility I have acquired defying the odds and overcoming my fears, an experience of balancing the inside and outside worlds.nI continue to learn and grow my practice and I owe so much to this wonderful studio!
I truly enjoy this studio yoga sessions. Warm and friendly place , very welcoming and very professional instructors. strongly recommended.
Overall this is good studio, room for practise is better than Newmarket location.nScheduling is a bit weird, sometimes you have good teachers scheduled at same time in two locations and sometimes there is whole day here without anyone worthy to come to.nI’ve met probably all the teachers and there are some I vibed with and some I didn’t, so you have to try all the teachers and see who you like the most.nJessica in my opinion is the biggest gem working here, I also enjoyed classes of Ceilidh, Christine, Anand. They are all having different but cool vibes. Yogalates teachers were nice and challenging too.nOwner seems to have some ego issues
I loved going to this studio a year ago and wanted to rejoin but I am so sad to see the weekend classes are few and far between : really hard to have a job and make it to the current ones scheduled. Only 3 classes offered Friday, four on Saturday and 3 again on Sunday? And the Friday ones are right during most people’s work day. Don’t want to lower the rating here but please consider adjusting your schedules
