Don’t go with Modo, they don’t value their customers and enforce all kinds of absurd fees to steal your money such as a monthly fee of $6 for not putting down a hefty $500 deposit. They charge by the time and km which is insane. Go with Evo, stay away from these crooks.
They make it extremely challenging to get your $500 share back. I followed up for months and even at the end, I still had to keep following up to get my money back. It was a good service when I used it but this poor customer service really ruined my experience
The est time cost in the app doesn't match to the actual value and is misleading, in my case 303.75 against 439.75. The customer reps keep on changing at every email and they don't know what they are talking about, they just keep on sending email templates.
Horrible misleading company, with hidden fees and unreasonable customer service. Cars Dirty! There never ending headaches with refueling cars etc. etc. etc.
