Warning! I went into this store and negotiated face-to-face with the owner on a full-leather sofa+love seat combo. After 30 minutes we did not reach a common price point so I left, which was OKAY. The following week the owner called me and we negotiated on the phone and we agreed on a price. When we went to the store the following day, cash-in-hand to sign, the owner greeted us and directed us to a desk to pay. I noticed that on the hand-written order it said “leather/match”. When I asked what that meant they tried to gloss over it as an insignificant detail and that everyone buys “leather/match” sofas. We walked out. Before you sign, make sure you read exactly what the paper says you are buying! Shady! Shady! Shady!

Great place with so much selection on quality products. Everything in the store is Canadian made with good quality craftsmanship. We just purchased a beautiful Palliser sectional fully loaded for our basement and love it! If this place doesn’t have what you’re looking for on display chances are he can have it made. Take a look, you won’t be disappointed.

Great selection of Canadian made furniture. Owner Sangar, was very easy to work with. He was genuine, provided great advice which helped us pick the right combination of dinning set. Can't wait for our furniture to arrive.

We moved to Stouffville recently and we purchased our house. We were looking for Canadian made quality Furniture to fit in our room perfectly. We looked at few places in Markham and New Market and our neighbor told us about local place in Stouffville " Modern home Furniture" on Main street. They customized our leather sectional to perfectly fit in our room. We also got our Kitchen set which is made in Canada as well. Beautiful round table/chairs with custom colors of my choice! As compared to prices from other store they were reasonable for very high end Canadian furniture with fine quality. They delivered and set up for me. We are very happy with quality and service we have received. We will recommend that store.
