Modern Electric Lunch

Great Sunday brunch for two. Had the vegan breakfast bun and smashed potatoes. Was so good and the atmosphere is great. Love the story about the receipts found from the original Electric lunch restaurant. Go check out and support this great downtown spot.

Great little brunch spot in Winnipeg. The PB&J pancakes were fantastic. The eggs Benny was very good. Good coffee. Great looking dishes and a nice little ambience. One thing that was weird is that we couldn’t make a reservation until the morning of so just know that before you plan on it.

Now this spot hits different! I’m here at least once every month or two and MEL never disappoints! It’s a comfortable spot off of Main Street where you can enjoy a warm drink or a few mimosas. A fusion of eclectic flavours on their regular and seasonal menus combined with amazing latte flavours; you’ll walk away from here wanting to try the rest of the menu like myself.

Great space for breakfast/brunch/lunch. We enjoyed our coffee and London Fog one of the best I've tried. Healthy and fresh ingredients. Could use a bit more seasoning but still delicious none the less. Highly recommended, the space is bright and the staff were so friendly and speedy.

This is the best food and drinks I've had possibly ever. I do not exaggerate. I've brunched in a lot of places, from Paris to Tokyo to Toronto, and this is probably my favourite ever. The sandwiches, mimosas, chai latte, cookies, all of it was just exquisite. I was in heaven. The atmosphere and decor is also super cute and relaxing. Anytime I'm in Winnipeg I am always coming back here.

A+ overall. The conversation latte was outstanding. The bruschetta delicious! The service genuinely welcoming. The place clean and modern with a cosy feel.

Stopped by with my wife a couple weeks ago. Had the mini egg mocha and it was delicious! Portions are large and delicious. PBJ pancakes were awesome. Highly recommend!

Good location for breakfast/lunch! Parking can be tricky but lots of parking lots nearby. Food is always good and I would recommend the espresso tonic! Also had the Ham and Swiss Sandwich with Roasted Red Pepper Soup. 10/10. They close at 2pm most days and 3pm on Saturdays.

Highly recommend. Warm and friendly service, menu is small but I really like their smoked salmon bagel. I’ve ordered it twice one time with a side of salad and other with vegan butternut something soup and both were excellent! My friend wasn’t a fan of their tea, however.

Delicious egg bennies biscuit was on point Salad was great as well, maybe a tiny bit less sugar? The brekkie Sammie has an underwhelming bun but the rest tastes great. Great friendly service! Will be back for sure
