Jess was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, funny and and took great care of my mom and myself. The food was delicious, hot, and unique - the drinks were just as good! We were striving to get all things flambé, however we got so full we missed out on the plantains, which we will just have to come back for! The atmosphere was great and the music was on point. Loved our visit here and definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
This place is jumping. Great food and service. The family and I went around 5pm. It was busy in a good way. I ordered the Habanero Mango chicken plate. I did ask for the sauce on the side. When they brought it out, it was not on the side. It was smother on the chicken. No big deal, but I did ask for it on the side. The manager had brought the food out. I mentioned what had happened. I wasn't mad and would have just taken it. He was quick to apologize and took my plate back. A fast couple minutes later, I had another plate in front of me. The way it was ordered. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was incredible. Even during a busy part of the evening. The manager took the cost of my plate off our bill. I let him know that was not necessary, and he insisted. He thanked me for being patient with the situation and insisted on taking my plate off the bill. Again, what a great place. I would have made sure to go back because the food was delicious, but even more, because the service was GREAT!!
We had a very high expectation of this restaurant but… nope. the food is good but unfortunately the waitress who served us needs more training so that she can have better customer service and be more attentive. She forgot to bring the tortillas and I reminded her about the tortillas after she came back in 10 minutes and she just said “oh” but she never brought them only after another 10 minutes she came back and asked for the bill and we left she definitely needs to improve her customer service. it is a mmm “ok” restaurant. We’re pretty sure that when we come back we will have a better experience.
Had a fun festive anniversary dinner at this restaurant. The food was good but the margarita flight was my favorite!! We had the guacamole for an appetizer, a burrito and some enchiladas. Really enjoyed the decor and ambiance at this restaurant.
My food was really tasty but unfortunately cold. The wife said she enjoyed her hot meal. Service was sub-par. The server took food and drink orders, and then we never saw him again until it was time to pay. The atmosphere was pretty fricken cool! Fun place, absolutely full of people. Depending on how I feel tomorrow after eating cold food will determine if we go back again. Hopefully, we will get a server who's a little more attentive. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options
Very good Mexican food! It's a cozy environment with really fun decor, including indoor fire pits. The food is spot on for classic Mexican food fare. The flaming queso is amazing! Must try! Service is always attentive and knowledgeable. Being at the mall it's a nice place to relax and get away from the crowds. A margherita or two always helps!
Our lunch was AWESOME! My friend took me there for my Bday n it was Fantastic! The food great we had an Appetizer plate n had a Sample Trio of Margaritas! Would definitely go back! Sorry didn't take one of the platter!Dine in: Yes
Very nice, modern restaurant. The decor is very cool and music awesome. The server was nice and the food was good. My friends said the drinks were weak. I would go back.Food: 4/5
The heat wave is on in Tukwila, WA. We needed a dog friendly patio and Moctezuma’s accommodated us at Southcenter Mall. The drinks were yummy and the service was excellent. I normally do not eat beans and rice but the flavor and spices was too yummy to pass. I finished it. I highly recommend here!
Excellent ambiance, good selection of food and drinks. The Carnitas Michoacan is a must-try! The tortillas are even homemade They offer a Margarita Flight where you can pick 3 of 6 flavors! Highly recommended for special occasions as it can be on the pricier side.
