We purchased a leather sofa and love seat at the West Island location. It was a special order as we choose a leather that wasn’t on the show room floor. We dealt with Sylvia, a saleswoman who has been in the business numerous years. She was professional and full of information about the products in the showroom as well as any matters involved in the purchase. She allowed us to take home sample colours and gave us the time to reflect on what we wanted. I especially appreciated that we never felt hurried into a sale. Everything that was promised was delivered and in a shorter time line that was estimated. The delivery team were excellent as well and offered us the delivery that suited our needs. We would definitely recommend visiting the showroom and purchasing products from them.
Swivel bar stool shopping again. Did not visit this place since buying a set of Italian sofa years ago, excellent quality. This visit impressed me a lot about the collection now. The company becomes more modern and diversify , and can meet the challenge of a different market. Though I did not find the item I wanted, I am sure I will be back very soon to pick up others.

Very nice furniture and fairly priced. Great service and accurate estimates in delivery delays. Sofa was actually delivered slightly ahead of schedule.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Horrible service. We politely asked the movers to wear boot cover all due to the snow/slush/mud outside. They refused, proceeded to walk inside the house, put mud all over the place, scratch the hardwood floor due to the gravel and salt in their boots and scratched the wall.
I do home furnishing for clients. Been going Mobilia Pointe Claire for years. It's the place I go to for quality-service-style. Always had exceptional service. Pam is the lady I always go see. Her advices are a bonus as she is an interior designer as well. Top quality furnitures.
Delivery is disappointing, i received a broken misaligned dresser and was told we had to accept it and contact mobilia to have it replaced. Exchange will only happen a month after receiving it…disappointed with the amount of money spent I just hope it gets resolved, tough to get any solid answers from customer service
Good quality furniture especially the sofa with genuine leather, and bed frame. Like the office furniture and their designs , staffs are nice!
