Not the worst place ever, but rude. I went in to exchange a propane tank, and the lady behind the counter never stopped talking on her cell phone. I told her I wanted to make the exchange, and she nodded and grunted, waving at the card machine; all while keeping the phone tucked between her shoulder and ear. She talked all the while, just never to me.
