My experience with working with David Laing and Niko Anastassakis has been pleasant, efficient, and educational. They're always prompt to answer any questions via phone or email, and they take the time to ensure each situation/practice is fully understood. I can recommend David and Niko without any reservation!
This one is a tuff one... I came in with my significant other to pick up her taxes. In conversation with one of the accountants, he convinced me that he could do a better job then my “ tax preparer” that I’ve been using for many years, and, for half my costs. So against my better judgment, I handed of my small busines tax box over the them. After a ton of unreturned phone calls and over 3 times as long as I’m use to, the tally was ... I saved nothing, cost more and zero ability to have any conversation that would have helped me. I got a ton of apologies, but in the end, their bill for this disaster never changed. They admitted they dropped the ball, but offered nothing to compensate Or any willingness to honour their verbal quote. If you have a good account... don’t switch here.. they won’t deliver a better service....
Amazing and helpful service. They do not judge you or make you feel uncomfortable with your past bad decision making. They are here to help you and make sure you take the next best step to success!
