The monitors were very slow and had delays between each song. When we were seated there was about a 5 minute delay where the selections weren't on the screen and we had to call service twice. Not the best value if you're going for the odd hour or two.
This place was okay, it was very empty on a Friday night we were the only people there at 10 p.m. . The menu for music could be better usually the music can be selected from within the computer. However with this karaoke place you had to manually flip few pages in a binder and enter in the songs via code to a remote.
Overall we were able to have fun, but objectively: Mic: sometimes no sound, and sounds very weird. Song collection: slightly outdated, but ok Selection UI: not too friendly, and the screen is so badly worn it can't sense my touch.
Music is not bad, though out of date akb appears current Touchscreen in our booth need calibration, they promptly moved us to a booth that worked properly. System lags, as well as some songs were out of sync with the video. Friendly and prompt staff
Unless are Asian don't go here NO SELECTION! they literally had nothing just Taylor swift and a few other but of coarse not the ones I wanted. However the microphone sounded great but they had difficultly adjusting the volume on the tv. Kinda frustrated they charged me 13.50 and I hardly even found a song to sing.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST KARAOKE PLACE EVER !!!! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT BAD EQUIPMENT AND SONG CHOICES. you can't even choose a specific song, you have to go through the entire list. We had to buy drinks/food in order to do All You Can Sing. TIP: bring cash or have wechat pay and alipay, they only tell you after you sing that you can only pay with those 3 methods no debit or credit card They have an ATM that charges $3 on top of the withdrawal. we had the worse experience ever that my friend and I left after 30 mins. I would give it .5 stars if I could only cuz there was parking
Bad service at counter. We were wating for the lady at the counter to finish what it looks like a personal call too much laughing. To have a bad service after by being so arrogant and wanted to charge for a minor who we have never paid before and we used to go quite often. Maybe she did not like that she needed to hang up her call to serve us.
Decent price and a great selection of songs. However, they charge for water and won't let you bring in outside food or drink.
The karaoke room is super small, I've never saw such small one before, and the facility is super hard to use, out of date, hard to choose songs. and it's super pricy.
Pricey, mics aren't always working. Good song choice. Staff are helpful.
