Food quality and service was amazing. If hipster was a restaurant then this would be it. Between the decor, the music selection, the fact that it's called a deli but there's no deli counter or any deli style sandwiches, the great selection of natural wines and local beers but no wine or beer list. Either way absolutely love it.Food: 5/5
nice little cute restaurant , authentic deco, variety of local beers and wine, fried chicken was delicious same as the 400 burger, tiny crunchy french fries, excellent service, the lady was friendly, perfect for birthday parties, i recommend it for sureFood: 5/5
Rainy day, and I found this gem. Ordered a beef tartare chef special with a fried chicken burger. All I got to say it, food is bussing, the owner is a great guy, the place is funky and soooo vibe. All in all, definite comeback for more. 10/10
A great place to get some well prepared food. Nothing presumptuous in here. A squad of great people loving what they do and that's what makes it good. I tried the fried chicken burger that was okay but missing something I would say some spice to elevate it. The fish and chips was stunningly good. The fried chicken bites were tasty and the fries so crispy but not really easy to eat. A great choice of beers. I did not try their wines yet but I'll have to.
The ambiance is cute, funky and a little artsy, and the service was kind. The burgers were good but could be improved - chicken in the chicken burger was a little dry and the calamari sandwich was quite salty, but overall tasty. I really enjoyed the wine that was recommended and the corn soup was pretty great. Overall really enjoyed it and would come back!
Highly recommend to take the sandwiches. Took a fried chicken sandwhich and it was good! The bun was warm and soft, the chicken was so tender and juicy, not too crunchy or oily with a good amount of veggies to make it light. Not a fan of their Julienne fries however. They are very long and super thin, making it annoying to eat since you have to go at them one by one or they crack and spill everywhere. It's a shame because the spices are nice on them. It would be nice if they could make normal size fries especially for the price of 5$ which is overpriced for those thin fries in my opinion. The carrot cake contains walnuts and pineapple was ok.
Tres bon!! I took the chicken burger; the fried chicken was super juicy inside and crispy outside. Perfectly fried. I wish it was sweet pickles instead inside otherwise its a solid sandwich Service was friendly i ordered prior and pick-up my order it was more or less on time
best fried chicken in town??? cmon you gotta be kidding me. if your charging 13$ a burger atleast put a fat piece of chicken. im sorry to say this but i rather eat pizza pizza fried chicken sandwich than this. chicken was missing all kinds of spices.
First of all.. let me say this.. This is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever ate in Montréal since I’ve moved here. It’s very delicious, well cooked and well seasoned! 10/10 You won’t regret it!
First off, WOW! The beer selection on craft microbrewery beer here is incredible! Hand picked, best of the best. Secondly Also WOW! The CHICKEN!!! Fried to perfection, and the popcorn chicken is honey glazed goodness!!! I’m at a loss for words… Just eat here, it’s damn godlike…
