Mister Wash Mobile Auto Detailing

It was my first time using a mobile detailing service and this experience was over the top!! The gentleman arrived on time and prepared to accomplish what they promised. I’m an Uber driver and my car not only needs to be clean but it also sees more traffic than most. The detailing was done better than I expected, my car looks like new!! I would recommend Mister Wash, to everyone!! Salt stains gone, everything sparkles!! Very professional, thank you!!

Used their interior detailing package on my old 1997 corolla that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Excellent service and cleaning! They came to my home and cleaned while I slept in my bed comfortably. They spent an extra hour on my car (as it was quite dirty) for a total of 2.5hrs and left it like it just rolled off the lot. Throughly impressed! 100% would recommend it to anyone that wants a through interior cleaning, with shampoo, steaming, vacuum, wipe down of surfaces, and cleaning of mats, plus more. Beyond impressed. Just be respectful and empty out the car before they come.

These gentleman did an amazing job on my Ram 1500 which I use for construction, after a few years of neglect I decided it was time to treat my vehicle with some pride. Mister Wash came to my house on time and were very polite, they took my mud filled truck and made it like new again. Such an amazing job. Thanks guys, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

So impressed! I called Saturday morning just before 11 am, made an appt, they showed up within the hour. My car was heavily stained and full of dog hair - I added the $30 pet hair removal package. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews on companies - but I am thoroughly happy with the results. Stains are gone, pet hair gone - car looks brand new. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

They guys said they were going to show up between 4 -4:30PM. I got a call from the guy at 4:37PM saying, "Oh, I just lost track of time I was working. I will be there in 25 minutes." They didn't show up until 5:03PM and when they did they talked us into having this OZONE cleaning done for another $60 on top of the $135 to get the interior cleaning done. He said, "I guarantee it will take the smell out of the car." Someone had gotten sick in our car and that is why this work was being done in the first place. Not only did the OZONE not take the smell out of the car, they had also missed chunks of sick in the back windshield area and in the cracks where the seat belts click. That night we had dinner plans for my birthday which my boyfriend, who's car it is, said he would stay behind while the guys were finishing up since they told us it would be 2 hours to complete the work. I thought that was fine and my boyfriend could meet us for dinner afterwards. They didn't complete the work until 7:30. Also when they arrived their generator was not working so one guy had to leave to go back to the shop to get another one and left the other guy working on his own. My boyfriend ended up missing dinner. When we got back to the car today we noticed that the carpets are messed up now with what is called "nesting" at the edges of the carpet. My boyfriend makes carpets for cars for a living and says that what happens when you brush too hard or use the wrong tools. It looks like they took a wire bush to the carpet. $203 dollars later we have ruined carpets, have a puke smell in the back seat area still and had to finish cleaning up the chunks ourselves. Update at 3:47PM - I had the owner of the company call and he apologized right away and took responsibility. I didn't ask for anything, but he offered right away to refund the OZONE treatment and pay for damages to our carpets. We were in Toronto visiting last night and are back home today (about 2 hours away) otherwise he would have had immediate solutions to what happened and come back out to fix the work. He said he would call later tonight to follow up. I appreciate that of any business taking responsibility and not shifting the fault. Great customer services.
