Mister Sparky

Amazingly punctual and thoughtful electrician. He cleaned up EVERY single speck of dirt so there was NO dirt or mess left behind. I had to have an overhead fan and light replaced that was directly over my bed. Super nice people at this company. I have utilized their services several times in the past and will continue to call on them whenever I need a professional electrician. It is good to find a company that still cares about providing good customer service.

The Mister Sparky electrician made me feel extremely comfortable entering my home! Didn’t have to ask him to put his shoe covers on and he was extremely clean, careful, and polite. Could not have performed a more professional job. Highly recommended!!

Horrible Company. Had mad an appointment and I was told that they would be out between 2 and 6. 30 minutes before they were arrive they canceled. Now, here is where the poor customer service comes in. I understand that a customer has an emergency and that a service call runs longer than expected. That isn't the problem. The problem is that Mr. Sparky calls to cancel my appt. after I had taken off work to be home for them and then reschedules for 10 days later! They don't apologize and then try and work you in for the next day, they put you on the bottom of the list, and schedule for 10 days later. Can't recommend and would never call again. Highly unprofessional

We've used Mr. Sparky for several years and are always very satisfied with their service and expertise. Mike is who we deal with mostly. He's very friendly, professional and knows his stuff. He has installed lighting fixtures both inside and outside, GFI boxes outdoors, addressed a wiring problem in the master bedroom, and many other electrical issues. We've come to now Mike like family. And baby Jasper James is beautiful! Must mention how friendly the girls are who answer the phone! No computerized runaround! Thank you Mr. Sparky for employing such wonderful people!!
