Missoula Fresh Market

I live on other end of town but sometimes face the traffic to go to this store, because their selection and variety is great. Plus their staff is soooo friendly that you think you're being pranked. You can look for a camera, but seriously they are just that nice.

I regularly shop at FM Broadway and I bought a pack of 6 small cucumbers for $3.99 yesterday and all of them are disgustingly soft and rotten. I don't feel like driving back today to return them so am throwing them out but sending you a picture of the cucumbers and the bill.

I live pretty close by, so I've been shopping here on & off since 2014. One of my biggest gripes has been the number of times & the consistency of those times, that products would ring up wrong. I actually began snapping pics of the correct price, because I was often annoyed &/or embarrassed by the things the cashier would suggest was happening. There are other issues, but most importantly, I can already see a bright & positive change since Yokes came in Things are ringing up correctly, staff is kind & already the store is looking brighter & fresher!

I've shopped here for a long time and I'm impressed with the changes Yokes has been making since they bought it. However, the customer service is terrible!! Please give the cashiers with good/helpful attitudes more hours & those grouchy ones less

I stopped shopping here because every single time I would buy beer or wine the cashiers were rude to me about my perceived age and appearance. They would laugh and imply I'm buying alcohol underage even though I'm almost 30, demand I hand over my ID before I've unloaded my basket and the person in front of me is even done paying, tell me I look like I'm in middle school, or call over supervisors to "check" my ID telling me it's "store policy" for them to do so even though I've never seen them have supervisors come over for any other alcohol purchases in the years I've been going here. Probably not a good idea to make customers feel like they're doing something illegal when they aren't.

Not impressed with the buyout of Fresh Market. The layout is bleak, depressing, and frankly seems to have been organized by corporate type idiots hyped on caffeine and ego. Prices have gone up, even accounting for inflation i.e. corporate greed, the selection of items has been reduced...I could go on but I think that I have made my point. I used to actually enjoy going to Missoula Fresh Market, but will avoid Yoke's whenever possible. If things change for the better I will amend my review, but the takeover was done long enough ago to give us an idea of what to expect. Which apparently isn't much.

Laurie and Michael helped check me out today and noticed some product that had gone bad. They were kind enough to help me find replacements, were very helpful and patient while we worked it out. Thanks Laurie and Michael! I appreciate the kindness!

Yokes is good for a grocery store. They're a little expensive but they've changed up a bit and it looks nicer than before. They have removed a lot of our favorite products which is sad, but I do like the makeover. It will take a while to see if they're worth the cost.

The deli has the best egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad. These are hard to get right but most days they nail it. Excellent wine and beer section.

Love the place, I've encountered them in Idaho and Washington and now here in Missoula Montana I'd love it great fish selection.
