Arrived 10 minutes before opening. 5 people ahead of us. Those with appointments went in first and we followed. Inside we were greeted individually by very pleasant staff members and taken straight to the passport service booth. All done in less than 30 minutes. Pleasant and efficient.
Great experience! Arrived closer to 11:00 on Wednesday and went right in to the building. The parking lot was fairly full. There were four groups ahead of me and it probably took me a little over 5 minutes. Went to wait for my turn in the waiting area which was maybe 10 minutes. After that I was done! Pleasant people that are doing the best with what they have. Some people complain but just make sure you have your paperwork ready and maybe consult with a friend before coming in without what you need. The government has a limited budget for any location and is also limited by who is available and willing to work. I'm sure the people here would gladly have more in the office to help if it was up to them. Tip: parking is paid but it's not that much. Don't put a lot of money in until you know how long you're going to be.

Wait times were minimal, and every person left with a smile, myself included. Based on today's visit, this location clearly prioritizes both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
It was nice place, people working there were considerate and helpful. I understand that place was a bit messy might be due to high influx of people. Service was Efficient and bang on time as per the appointment.
