You can never get anyone to answer the phones and waste your time driving to the office because no one is ever there, even during open hours. Mount Pleasant office is only open 3 days a week for limited hours. My auto payment on my storage unit ran out and nobody notified me about it until the next month was due, i recieved an invoice in the mail for my payment with a late fee. How am I responsible for a late fee when i was never notified about a missed payment. Finally got a call back after leaving 3 voicemails and they would not take my late fee off even though they never contacted me about my missed payment. I have cancelled my account and took my stuff out of the storage unit and won't be back.

Price went up after they expanded. There is no dumpster. Didn't have to much issue with flooding just give the door some room. The lot is paved but when it snows they aren't always quick with plowing.

They have unit small enough to store dressers big enough to store sailboats and motorhomes. Conveniently located off the beaten path. Fast friendly service especially when you need a unit in a pinch. Compatible prices.

Don’t do business with them. They will keep charging you even when you called to let them know your stuff is out. It’s almost impossible to get someone to call you back and it was just a bad experience all together. Get a storage unit in Ithaca instead trust me.
