Missing Sock Coin Laundry

Only rated 2 stars because the washing machines and dryers worked very well, and were very reasonably priced. Also, very clean, comfortable setting. Vending is available for a light snack, and they offer refreshments for sale behind the counter. They have a child play area, which was also very good. I appreciated the fact they had cups available to carry your change, and very large carts for your laundry. They also have hanger and detergent vending. I would have rated this place with 5 stars, if it wasn't for the absolutely awful customer service. The employee working was an older woman (not sure if it was the owner). Immediately upon walking in with over 150lbs of laundry, my 3.5 year old child who is on the autism spectrum, decided to open one of the washing machine doors while my hands were full. The employee immediately started yelling at my son to nor touch anything. She had a very rude tone, and I told her she had no business yelling at my son and if she had a problem with him, she needed to address me, not him. About 20 minutes after, I heard her rudely talking about the situation with a customer a row over. I sat down with my father in law and was telling him about what happened, and he also said he had the same problems with the employee, saying he had to confront her about how she was talking to my son. We had let that situation go. Upon filling 7 of the large washers, I had spilled quite a bit of laundry detergent onto my face and chest, I heard the employee giggle (who seemed to be watching me the entire time, very closely to the point of making me feel uncomfortable) she quickly ran over to the machine I was standing in front of with soap covering my face and shirt, coming so closely into my personal space I had to move out of the way. She said she needed to clean my mess to make sure I didn't make it any worse. Wow! I really couldn't believe this day could get any worse. It did. During my drying cycle, I removed a dry load from a dryer I was using, and the troubled employee walked up to my dryer that I had plans of putting half a load from one of my bigger loads into since I already had put several quarters into, and she decided that since I had already paid for the dryer, she would use it herself! I really couldn't believe it. The whole time I was at the laundromat, which was quite a few hours, I felt as if she was instigating and picking on my family! We had spent $85 on laundry,and refreshments that day, we were there 3+ hours, and it was by far my worst laundromat experience ever. I never finished folding my clothes because I just wanted to leave so badly. Yes it was a clean, affordable, well set up establishment. Had there been better customer service I would have been a weekly returning customer. And rated 5 stars...but due to the employees disrespect, poor attitude with my 3 year old autistic son, and general bad attitude I will never set foot in that place again. I encourage others with younger children to stay away as well. I highly do not recommend this establishment due to the completely awful customer service.

Very nice place. Very clean. Nice people. What I like about this place. They have drop off service. They charge certain amount per pound. Soon when your busy. You can drop it off your laundry and they will clean it for you. You can usually pick it up by the end of the day or by next morning.

Absolutely the very BEST in the area, clean and the attendants are friendly and available. You can tell that they enjoy their job and care about their customers. Owner is also available and hands on problem solver!

This place is always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and always there to lend a hand if need be. The washer and dryers work well so there is no need to spend a ton of money to use them.
