Congenial family restaurant but not the greatest food. My spouse ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was soggy ...my spaghetti and meatballs was ok ...just ok. We waited 35 minutes for our food to arrive which is rather a long time if you bring children. Had not tried Miss Italia since they moved and my memories of the old days surpassed those I will now have...They should really stop serving those little buns in plastic wrap -however waitress brought us fresh little pizza buns which were delicious Appears to be trendy though. Atmosphere seemed to change as it quickly filled up for supper time. Service was friendly and courteous.
Ordered a large vegetarian pizza and all dressed for pickup. Way too many olives, it overpowered the taste of the otter ingredients. Pizza was soggy by the time I ate it 30min later. Disappointing experience. Giving it 3 stars because the all dressed was good.
I had a 2 topping medium pizza and it was better than what you will find at pizza chains but also more expensive, at $16.50 + tax
This restaurant is amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious. The owner has had this restaurant for over 30 years. He's the original owner, and is still found there almost every single day. His passion for food shines through in every dish he and his staff prepare.
The food is pretty good, in general. The main problem is the customer service. They need to hire new people. I ordered 3-4 times and the lady who answered the phone is so rude. She’s not polite, her tone of voice makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her. Also, I think it would be good for this restaurant if they added interact payment for delivery.
Live in Cornwall but whenever we can, we order and eat one in the car, delicious
Very very good pizza, however I am dissapointed that masks are never worn. I made a point that their pizza is delicious but am dissapointed that not even the receptionist wore masks with their clients, they responded that they were all family so it was fine. I explained I was mostly concerned for their invisibly vulnerable clinets and she wasn't very happy about my opinion. As far as I know, it is still mandatory mask wearing, and mentioned this especially important for those in less than 2 meters from clients.
Decent subs. Fresh ingredients. Would have been better if the veggie subs already came with olives and wasn't an extra $4! Server was really slow. Took 15 minutes to get our beer while the resto only had 4 tables including ours. Clean restaurant over all.
My favorite pizza along with La Signorina. Better than Como, Jenny and Jacques Cartier any day. Some people have complained about the pizza being too thin, it has happened to me but it depends on the cook, I believe the old cook is gone and now they have a great one working for them and brought their pizza back to the way it should be.
Food was amazing. However, I was really disappointed by the customer service. The person that served me had no mask on and was manipulating the food with no mask. I told her politely that she should wear a mask since we're in a pandemic and she's manipulating people's food. She just looked at me and rollled her eyes, didn't respond. She gave me my food and didn't say a word. She was very rude and I don't plan on going again.
