The staff is wonderfull, the seasonings are just right, the curing is finominal. Ham so tender cut with a fork. The smoked hams and bacon are awsome, thank you so much for a great job on the hog processing.

What GREAT service , and GREAT product quality !!! They are the primary meat supplier of the Elkhart County Pork Producers at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. We have never questioned our decision to switch to Mishler Meats for our pork products. If all business's would offer such service the World would be a much happier place.
