Greeted nicely and was served with some yummy food. The tables are comfortable and easy to find your way around. Wait for the food isn't too long. I would say some of the meet dishes are a bit too sweet maybe that's just me comparing it to other korean places. It's a bit pricey compared to the portion size. Overall, it's a good place to come to! I came at lunchtime and wasn't too busy.
This location is no longer affiliated with Mirror of Korea, St. Paul. The restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The menu has a nice assortment of traditional Korean cuisine. Unfortunately, they don't serve Tteokbokki but they have plenty of other tantalizing options to choose from. Be sure to try their deliciously crispy fried chicken wings!
I stopped on a few nights ago with my girlfriend after seeing the restaurant pop up on Google Maps when searching for somewhere to eat. The restaurant is owned and operated by a Korean couple. The husband told us that they bought the restaurant in August 2021 and cut the menu from 60-70 items down to about 15-20 items and that “everything is good”. We ordered the chicken wings, beef bibimbap, seafood pancake, seafood soup can’t remember the name, and a rice cake dish also forgot the name. Holy smokes! This was probably the best all around Korean food I’ve had in my life. Not a single dish was just “okay”. I was thoroughly impressed for such an unsuspecting place. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back
Truly a hidden gem in Eden Prairie. We were a little apprehensive trying this place, but so glad we did. We ordered a few items, which included seafood pancake thick and crispy, rice cakes delicious sauce , wings covered in a sweet Korean sauce, seafood tofu soup perfect for a cold evening, and bibimbap. Everything we ordered had a good amount of kick/spice. Service was great, you can tell it's a family-owned restaurant. Additionally, this restaurant has the same name as the one in St. Paul - they are not affiliated with each other so the items are different. Overall, if you are in EP, definitely check out this place!
Flew in from NY for business. I had take out from two other korean resturants but wasn't impressed until I ate here. I had tokbokum , it was delicious and the kimchi was fresh and the flavor was perfect. The couple that owns the resturant were also friendly and provided exceptional service, I really appreciated their kindness. I Will definitely visit here again when I return.
The food is very authentic and delicious. The staff is really nice and the owner truly cares about each customer. Highly recommend.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Ordered Pajeon Korean Seafood Pancake with Green Onions and the Jjamppong Spicy seafood noodles. The Pajeon was so delicious and way better than the older version they had before management changed 6 months ago. The Jjamppong isn't too spicy yet adds a bit of kick to warm you up on a chilly day while filling you up. The great bonus here is that along with the seafood, they add large chunks of pork in here too! Even though there were only 2 people working and around 15+ customers, we only had to wait around 10 minutes for our food. Will be back again for great food.
This is my favorite Korean restaraunt in the Twin Cities and the suburbs! All of the basic Korean dishes are available. Prices are a bit higher than what can be found in Chicago. Friendly servers and good ambience! Food itself tastes pretty good! Appetizer came out after the main dishes during my most recent visit. I don't think I have ever left not satisfied. Highly recommended!!
Delicious!! Everything is so good here and the sizzling plate is SIZZLING! A great lunch place for coworkers or dinner place for families. When they say spicy though, they mean spicy!
Family owned. PoBae cooks and Hong serves some of the best Korean you have had in the Midwest. The bulgogi and kimchi chigae were amazing. The penchansp? And kimchi is all home made. Nothing out of a jar and a limited menu which makes it a wonderful experience. Please go, cause it's totally worth it and so we can support this new family that took over this restaurant only a few months ago.
