Great experience at Miramichi Smiles Family Dentistry The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. even behind the masks you can see the smiles through their eyes Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office, in addition they send reminders so you never forget or miss an appointment. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!!
I love going there. Staff is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. I was so afraid of dentists before and they keep me calm here. They explain everything so I know what's going on. Dr. Sarah-Jane and Dr. William are just awesome as well as their staff.
Wonderful people! This was my first time at the office and everyone made me feel very comfortable. I broke a molar which had to be removed. I was told exactly what I was going to feel and hear all the way through the procedure and I was given clear instructions on how to care for the removal site at home. Quick and painless! We will be back for regular care.

I was amazed by the service… the entire staff was top knotch… I called two days prior for an emergency appt to have a tooth pulled out. They squeezed me in a couple days later when no other dentist in my area could take me that fast. Will be going there from now on and no where else! Dr Sarah-Jane was AMAZING!
Each visit is always a pleasant one...... From the administration at the front, cleaning, dentist and everyone in between... They are the most gentle team I have ever encountered in dentistry. They just have the extra, they are genuine. Thank you.
My daughter age three has been here 3 times for cleanings and check us. Always a wonderful experience. Dentist gives is good preventative advice and timing is always under 30 minutes. I absolutely love their reminders they send the week leading up to the appointment too. I highly suggest bringing your kids here :
Today I feel like I have win the jackpot. For the anxious mom this is the place to go. All the staff are more than nice! I don't know how to thank you for your patience and excellent work. It feels good to be with staff who love their work, it's been a long time since I felt that! thanks thank you! we will go back there with joy and no stress!
I'm usually nervous for a dentist visit but with him, he made me feel at ease and explained all the work I needed. He explained about all the payments also. I don't know why I didn't go there long ago. I had such a great first experience
