Upgrading the aquarium for my Asian Arowana was an easy decision, thanks to owner "Derek" and "Miracles Aquariums". It was more affordable than I had anticipated and the quality and options are above and beyond what I had envisioned. After discussing details and ordering, I was given a reasonable time frame for the finished product and anticipated delivery date. I visited the "Miracles Aquariums" factory near Orangeville and was given a tour, shown absolutely every detail and part involved in the construction process and left with a feeling of satisfaction and awe. All my questions were answered beyond expectations and "Derek" has accommodated my changes and requests every step of the the way. You won't be disappointed. These are "lifetime aquariums" for those who want the best. Thank you "Miracles".
I recently received a custom 220 gallon reef tank from miracles. I am so impressed with how easy it was to work with them. The tank met my high expectations so I wanted to take the time to leave a review. The glass edges are beveled and polished. The silicone work is clean. The tank is eurobrace top and bottom. It just is very nicely designed and built. Also the price was better then most other custom tank builders so I think going with miracles for a custom tank is a no brainier.
Just got my custom tank from Miracles Aquaruims and wow it's amazing! Clean silicone, extra reinforcement I didn't pay or ask For and Derek was quick to work with me and help on my unique setup. I am not disappointed atall and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom build.
We've asked this company to move our aquarium for us, as they have once before. The first time they moved our tank they charged us $700.00 to carry it up one flight of stairs to the main floor. The second time, they charged $850.00 to move the tank and we agreed. However, upon moving the tank they made, the representative began to freak out when we asked them to bring the tank down a flight of stairs. This task was no different from the first time we had them move our tank. They were shown three different entrances to the basement, and they chose one obstructed by a permanent handrail. They told us to remove the permanent handrail, and tried pulling the bannister which is now wobbly. He began to accuse us of withholding information which is not true, said he was in a rush and have left our tank lying on it's side where it is currently blocking our access to the garage. Now, to return and finish the job, they are demanding $450.00 more. Know what you are getting into with this company.
