I’d avoid this moving company at all cost!! We hired them to move us this June, and everything was going well until they tried moving our king sized mattress into the new house. Movers were unsure of the correct method of moving it and instead of calling the mattress company for instructions, the movers used a sling around the middle to help lift it upstairsterrible idea. Mattress was ruined, but this is where it gets worse. After being told that there was negligence by the movers during the initial claim, a manager called and said insurance doesn’t cover it and he started giving us every excuse in the book. Yelling match started and we were basically told all they were prepared to do is pay $72. Be careful!
I don't write reviews very often but Miracle Movers are a great company and I wanted to share my experience. Me and my family were moving within Calgary. The movers showed up on time which is a big deal for me, were very gentle with our stuff and accommodating to our schedule. They were super friendly and I had the feeling that I could trust them - it's very important when you hire somebody to move your possessions. Plus, the whole process took less time than expected. I can tell that we were fully satisfied with the final result. From start to finish, Miracle Movers made our family's moving experience effortless and worth every penny.
First time hiring movers and I had a great experience. It took a bit longer than expected, but it was fine since we had bit more boxes and furniture to move. Customer service was great from the start, they were easy to get a hold of and followed up promptly. Movers were great and didn't try to scam you by taking their time so you'll end up paying more. No furniture or property was damaged during the move, as I've heard a lot of complaints with other moving companies. I would recommend this company. It's affordable even if you're on a budget, the customer service is exception, and I didn't have any issues with damages. Great job guys, and thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!
Miracle Movers were the best movers I came across so far. The customer service was really good, they addressed all of my concerns and provided tips on how to get organised to decrease the moving time. Movers were great. Strong, pleasant guys, were really careful and made sure that the stuff goes to the rooms it was supposed to go. They had a great attitude and Daniel was the most polite and caring guy among the movers I hired before. Definitely recommend these guys. The quality/price ratio surprisingly good and satisfying.
I’ve always gone with Miracle Movers for local and most recently cross-province moves. Big Shout to Alex in dispatch despite all the COVID-19 challenges I got my stuff at the quoted price at the final destination. I recommend being available for the scaling so you know your weight and Miracle worked with their partners to deliver as quoted.
I first hired another moving company that was the cheapest on the market but they quickly proved to be incompetent. I stopped working with them and called immediately Miracle Movers to see if they could still take my move on. After revising the inventory list, we signed the contract. The crew brought a consistently positive attitude after I had a stressful situation with previous company. They did an excellent job disassembling packing our heavy, solid wood, furniture, and electronics, the same as boxes we packed ourselves. Keep in mind that things never happen without a reason, we just had a GREAT luck to meet this company.
Moved us twice within Calgary. First moved contents of two bedroom apartment into storage. One month later moved stored items along with the contents of our temporary housing in to the new home. Our experience with miracle movers was excellent. They were absolute professionals and handled our stuff with the upmost care. they showed up exactly when they said they would and carefully packed the truck on all occasions, no dawdling, they worked hard the entire time and as a result our moves were unbelievably timely, their office staff were helpful and on the ball. Our whole move was a breeze thanks to everybody at miracle.
Miracle Movers helped me with a move from Toronto to Calgary. They were professional and friendly. The manager called to let me know that I needed to get temporary "No Parking" signs so the moving van could park on the day of the move since I live in a permit parking area with street parking only, which I didn't know. They also rescheduled me a couple of times throughout June and July, because I wasn't really sure when I was moving. They arrived early at my house to pick up my furniture. They are the best!!!
