I couldnt be happier with the service my family and I received with planning my baby showers the past couple of weekends. Not a review of their services, but of their employees. Was parked at tge tim hortons jean talon & decarie sept 16 @ 10am, and see 2 guys in their truck pulling out, and they simply open the window and throw their garbage out the window right in front of me. Have a little respect, and throw your trash out properly
Our company hired Mira Amusement to supply carnival games and DJ for a VIP client event. The staff was very friendly & professional, arrived on time delivery, installation & pickup, and the games were exactly what we ordered. They installed the games for us and explained how to use them. Our guests were very impressed. Connie and Kevin were an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely book them again!
10/10 experience, from obtaining a quote the day I requested it, to the moment the items were delivered and picked up by their amazingly personable team. Connie is a one-of-a-kind warm person, and her son I'm so sorry I didn't get his name was professional and friendly the entire time. Will return for every games/party rental needs in the future, no hesitation!
Went for a kids bday and it was fun. The only thing was that one of the games was not working and the A/C was a small portable unit for such a large room. With all the arcade machines blowing hot air and kids running around etc....it was very uncomfortable.
John was a great help as we discussed the needs for our church's Easter outdoor service, and he took the time to help us determine the right tents to rent, as we considered a number of scenarios. He, Kevin, and the team did a great job with delivery, setup and pickup. Very pleased with their product and their service.
A big thank you to Kevin and the whole MIRA team for helping our school create an incredible graduation celebration and party under the stars for our grade 6 class of 2021!
