Brad and Alison are fantastic to work with. Really easy going with out of the ordinary requests, timeline exceeded, and quality was great. Had a vinyl wrap done on a photo booth for a corporate event, client was extremely happy. Best printers in the city I've dealt with for this kind of work. you need to train your staff answering the phones better. When someone calls for a quote and is able to provide all the information they should be able to assist to provide one rather than be difficult and refuse to. definitely wasting your money advertising if your staff cant actually help people who call.

The whole team at Minuteman East is so easy to deal with and efficient with their work. I called them at 4:30 on a Thursday and needed some cards rushed and I had them in my hand the next day! If you need anything give them a shout!
I have used Minuteman Press Edmonton East on a variety of products. Recently they helped me print new business cards, as well as designed me a roll up banner as my company went through a rebrand. Brad and Alison are life savers! I needed to get some brochures printed in a rush for an upcoming event just before Mother’s Day. It was a last minute project that was requested by my networking group and I was unsure that it would be done in time. I contacted Minuteman Press East and they said it shouldn’t be a problem. Not only that but they actually completed the job in half the time they told me it would take! The pricing was completely reasonable and the service excellent. It was printed and packaged perfectly. As designers, these are all things that we appreciate. I’d definitely recommend their services. Thanks Alison and Brad for being ROCKSTARS and for making me look like one too!
