Everything is nice except the pool is way too warm for swimming. I guess to serve most people especially elderly it has to be warm, but if you want proper swimming exercise I would not recommend. Your body overheats easily after a few laps, I tried to keep swimming regardless but felt worse and had to stop.
Seems like a nice facility - but chaotic and disorganized. I showed up this evening Monday for adult volleyball - for which I had pre-registered online and received confirmation emails for, only to be told that with little warning the schedule had changed and it was now volleyball for kids. Schedule changes are bound to happen, but they have to be combined with proper notification of everyone effected.
Great place to play Pickleball, wish they had more time slots of course as love the sport. Place is always nice and clean and sure like the fact that if short a player the staff will jump in so makes fun for all.
I was visiting my sisters's family in Manotick. I came to Minto Rec Compkex to do some walking. This pkace is very well managed and very clean. There are many outstanding facilities for all ages for exercising and recreation. This is an excellent facility and has plenty of parking.
Great place and facilities. Gym, swimming pool, hockey field... the place will be better if there was a food court like McDonald's, subway Team Horton.... and there is free wifi.
Beautiful facility. Here for a hockey tournament and it must be great to have such a neat facility available to residents. Two ice pads, gym, pool, exercise room, etc... Very clean and well kept as well. Architecture is nice with all the window space.
Beautiful complex and we really enjoyed the indoor walking track. Parking was limited during the time we visited after school hours on a weekday.
A great facility. 2 rinks. A huge pool area. A court for sports, basketball, badminton, what have you. Plus a walking loop, and fitness center.
Nice rinks, nice pool not sure what other amenities it has but very new and clean.
Went to kindergym at minto recently and was ok for 1hr for $3. There are lots of different toys, some of which have seen better days, but depends how many are pulled out of the back storage room by the worker. You can always ask to pull out more. It is great on inclement weather days to have an hour of running and play.
