First time here! I was impressed by how the clinic has intake forms and how detailed their emails were. As a first timer this was appreciated. The clinic was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. I loved the little private pods you sit in for the teeth whitening session. I had a hydro facial with Mari and immediately after I knew I would be coming back for regular visits. Because of the form I filled out she knew my skin concerns and she talked me through what she would be doing. It was so relaxing and she was very thorough! I've been to other clinics / spas before but honestly this was the first time I felt like my facial was actually worth it. I also had a teeth whitening session and my teeth whitened significantly! I know results vary with each client so I was so pleased with the results. I also like how their gel is vegan and cruelty free! It has now been about 2 days and my skin/ teeth look great!! Credit goes to the estheticians though, they were extremely knowledgeable with the services and aftercare.
I've been enjoying my teeth whitening experience so far at Mint. Mary was super nice and made us feel very comfortable during the procedure. Results looking good so fair with another session to go!
I recently had my teeth whitened at Mint Smilebar. Dani did a fantastic job and explained the whitening and aftercare process very well. I am very happy with the results and am happy to recommend Mint Smilebar.
I went to mint smile bar twice with my sister to whiten our teeth. My sister is a die-hard vegan and the smilebar offers vegan whitening agents. I was a bit iffy at first, however, I went in and was very impressed with everything. First off, the owner is lovely and professional. She knew exactly was she was doing and was very attentive. Second the results were great, my sister and I had whiter teeth without the sensitivity! It was also so much cheaper than other whitening places, especially dentist offices that just rob you blind. I definitely recommend this place!
Good experience overall and Im happy overall. The environment was small but very clean. You have your own private booth/chair contraption which gives you the experience of privacy in the space. The service was well explained and very professional. The treatment itself was long but discomfort free. They checked in multiple times and made sure I was comfortable. My only feedback would be offering before and after photos or something to that effect. In my experience, the technician checked my shade herself and shared where I was from her point of view and then did the same thing in the end, and seemed surprised at how well it did. I would have liked to have some point of reference to see for myself the difference. Still a 5 star experience and will be back again with the wife before the wedding.
I had a wonderful day at mint smile bar today with Mari who did a great job! She’s very nice and kind to me and also very informative. I had my first dermaplanning and whitening teeth package and the results is awesome! Can’t wait for my next appointment
Heather attended to me. She was very courteous and calm. The customer service was top notch. I got the dermaplanning and my skin was visible brighter afterwards. Overall its a 10/10 experience
Very nice and clean place! I went to the Port Moody location and Alicia took great care of me! I got a whitening and a hydro facial. I loved the fact that she recommended the best treatment for me! The price is affordable, making it possible to go every month to continue the treatment. I'm definitely going back!
They were very busy at this location, as I ended up waiting a half hour past my appointment time, but it was well worth it. Lucie was my technician and I had a fabulous Dermaplaning session with her. My skin was instantly brightened and healthier looking! She recommended some future treatments, for which I will definitely be returning!! . Thanks Lucie!
my teeth were lightened 5 shades in one 45 min session. the staff were very nice as well : will be back
